The freedom to do what I want is mind-blowing.
Gone is the procrastination, the labouring over whether to put a kiss at the end of an email, a 'Hi' or a 'Dear'.
The realising that I will be just fine whatever people think of me; that that stuff is their stuff, and mine is mine.
Showing up and being genuine is all that matters, all that's ever mattered.
Once you know that your happiness (and let's face it: that's what every single one of our actions is geared towards: feeling happy, or at the very least, not feeling in pain) is not dependent on ANYTHING external, you are free.
